Your thoughtful and considerate approach to dealing with customer's wishes and desires is tempered with your years of experience and technical expertise. The end result is a well thought out design that meets or exceeds your customers expectations. We are glad that we were able to send more business your way. Dear Mr. Deibner,
Thank you so much for the delightful design you created for our gardens. It was such a pleasure to work with you for several reasons.
First, and most important, you listened carefully to our hopes and plans for our front and back yard areas. You took careful measurements andobservations. When you returned with the front yard plan, it was exactly what we hoped. Later, when you returned with the back yard plan, we were able to make a few changes and that was also exactly right.
Second, I love that you allowed me to help choose the plants for both areas and then, with your extensive knowledge of which plants will grow in our area with their light and soil requirements, you helped me select the best of my choices. I felt that we worked as a team in the creation of our plan.
Third, the finished product was a complete production. The diagrams were complete, well done and easy to understand. You were flexible and considerate throughout.
I applaud your professionalism. We are so grateful for the professional advice you offered to helpus when choosing and paying contractors. When the contractors have finished, and the yard is showing its best face come back and take some pictures for your portfolio.
